House of Savoy

Introduction

Since the late 1970s, Victoria’s longest-running consignment store, 1869 Oak Bay Avenue, has flourished under female ownership. Originally named Encore, it bloomed into House of Savoy in 1980 under Marian Savoy’s leadership, adding men’s clothing and reflecting her unique style.
