Having established their home and vineyard in Cowichan Valley back in 1987, Giordano and Marilyn Venturi and daughter Michelle Schulze have been creating their acclaimed 100% estate grown wines and ancient method balsamic vinegar without herbicides, insecticides or other harmful chemicals.
