Nestled along the beautiful waterfront, in Sidney BC is Victoria Distillers. This new and larger location houses two copper pot stills that help produce award-winning spirits including Victoria Gin and Empress 1908 Gin.
Tours
Visitors can enjoy a guided tour through the entire distillation process and around the gleaming stills giving them an intimate look into one of BC’s finest artisan distilleries.
Tasting
Following a tour, visitors are able to taste a sample of their premium spirits and bitters neat.
Lounge and Patio
The waterfront location has an on-site lounge, along with an outside patio area, where guests can enjoy their favorite cocktails.
